National Lottery Community Fund Award

In 2025 we were delighted to receive £10,050 from the National Lottery to fund projects in the Community Garden and car park at Bradley Village Hall.  Previously we were most grateful to receive funding from North Yorkshire Council’s Locality Budget to get started, but needed more funds to complete the work.  The National Lottery money is enabling us to complete the projects.

The new cabin was installed 2025 and we look forward to furnishing and kitting it out for the benefit of the community.  The cabin will be available as a hub on gardening days and regularly used for events such as apple days, seed swaps, plant sales and small workshops for adults and children.  We will also purchase equipment for gardening days.

Additionally, the corner plot in Bradley village hall car park is well under way, having been landscaped and is now ready for planting.
